Payment plans & Returns
Bella Preciosa Payment Plans allows you to spread the costs of your purchases over 6 weeks with a small deposit of 25% (This excludes sale items, we do not accept payment plans on any sale items) Please note there is a minimum spend of £60 in order to use a payment plan.
How It Works:
Select your products and add them to your cart.
When you're ready to checkout, head to your cart to view your products.
In your cart, select the option to pay with payment plan also known as partial.ly
Enter your customer information and proceed to checkout.
Enter your card details and agree to the payment plan terms
If you wish to pay off any extra on top of your installments please email or Facebook our shop. And we can emend your plan manually. Please note you will still receive your weekly invoices so if you have paid in full before the 6 week time frame please just delete the invoices as they are generated emails which we can not update.
All orders will be dispatched once paid in full.
Terms & Conditions
All customers have 6 weeks to pay off there plans. if we are not notified regarding an extension of your plan (if needed) all orders will be canceled & deposits & payments will be lost that are non refundable
No Exchanges, refunds & Cancelations on payment plans
Please Note we DO NOT refund on any payment plan orders.
Once taking out a plan you are committing to your order, we do not accept any cancellations or transfers of deposits on other goods. If you do wish to cancel your items, your non refundable deposit will be lost
Items purchased under SALE/ PROMOTIONAL OFFERS Are NON refundable, all sale & promotional offer items can be exchanged or a store credit note will be issued that does not expire(within returning 7 days from date received). The customer is responsible for the postage fee to re send the exchanged item. please note all exchanges/credit notes would be minus the delivery charge, and can be spent on sale items again.
If you are unhappy with any of the items from your order you may return them to us within 7 days of the specified delivery date (subject to the conditions below) for a refund or Store Credit. Please note your returns must be delivered to us within the time frame with all tickets intact. Returns received outside of this time period will not be accepted. The customers are also in charge of the delivery charge to return, and must pay the charge for an exchange also.
